1. Product structure
The flexible composite high-pressure conveying pipe is composed of three-layer structural materials through advanced technology composite.
The inner layer is a medium transport layer: the main materials are thermoplastic plastics such as PE80, PE100, PERT, PE-X, UHMWPE, etc;
The middle layer is a reinforced material layer: aramid fiber, glass fiber, polyester industrial filament, etc., intertwined at specific angles, and can be selected as two or more layers according to different pressure levels.
The outer layer is a protective layer: generally, anti-aging and UV resistant HDPE layer is added.

3. Product Features

(3) Corrosion resistance: When UHMWPE is used for the inner pipe, it has stronger resistance to H2S, CO2, and CL -.
(4) Not suitable for scaling and waxing: the inner wall is smooth and has a large conveying capacity.
