(3) The stacking height of pipes shall not exceed 1.5 meters.
Product Introduction:
Polyethylene pipeline systems have a long history and have been widely used. With special polyethylene resin as raw material, pipes can be formed once through plastic extruder, pipe fittings can be formed once through injection machine, and pipe system can be formed through hot melting and hot melting connection with special machines and tools. It is an ideal material for urban water supply pipe network, irrigation and diversion works, garbage disposal field, sewage collection pipeline works and agricultural sprinkler irrigation works.

Our company's PE water supply pipes are inspected for production in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GB/T13663-2018 "Polyethylene (PE) Pipes for Water Supply".
Pipe color:
The PE water supply pipes produced by our company are black and blue colored strips, which can also be determined through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
Connection method:
Socket type hot melt connection
Heat the outer surface of the pipe end and the surface of the socket simultaneously to the melting temperature of the material. After checking the shape of the melting port, insert the melting pipe end into the socket and fix it until the interface cools down. This type of connection is suitable for pipes with a diameter less than 125mm.
• Hot docking
Contact the two end faces perpendicular to the pipe axis with the hot plate to reach the melting temperature at both ends of the pipe, then press and connect the measuring end faces tightly, and apply a certain pressure within the predetermined time, and then cool the interface. This type of connection is suitable for connecting pipes and fittings of the same diameter.
• Electric fusion welding
After the pipe fittings are inserted, the heating element is heated with the set current, and the connecting part of the pipe and fittings is heated, melted, and bonded. After cooling, the connection is complete.

Precautions for use:
Pipes and fittings should be stored in a well ventilated warehouse or simple shed, and should not be stored outdoors to prevent direct sunlight. Attention should be paid to fire safety, and the distance from the heat source should not be less than 1 meter.
The pipes should be stacked horizontally on a flat ground, avoiding bending. The stacking height should not exceed 1.5 meters, and the pipes should be stacked layer by layer, not too high.
When delivering pipes and fittings, handle them with care to avoid oil stains, and strictly prohibit violent collisions, as well as touching, throwing, falling, rolling, or dragging sharp objects.
During construction, it is not allowed to hit pipes and fittings with hard objects, especially at low temperatures. The pipes must be cut perpendicular to the axial direction of the pipes, and the cuts must be kept clean and flat.
The hot melt connection should be strictly carried out according to the specified melting and pulling depth.

During hot melt connection, the maximum deviation of pipes and fittings shall not exceed 5 degrees.
When bending pipes, the bending radius should not be less than 8 times the diameter of the pipe, and it is strictly prohibited to use open flame heating for bending.
The metal thread shall be designed with "V" shaped thread, which can be sealed with hemp or Thread seal tape during connection, and shall not be over tightened.
When two pipes intersect and overlap, a bent pipe must be used.
Polyethylene water supply pipes should be avoided from being used as lifting brackets, hangers, etc.
After the directly buried concealed pipe is closed, the position and direction of the concealed pipe should be indicated.
It is strictly prohibited to impact or nail sharp objects such as metal nails on the pipe.
