Flexible composite high-pressure conveying pipes are commonly used in hydraulic supports, with a usage of approximately 10-30 pieces per support. Therefore, the structure, usage, and connection method of high-pressure hoses will directly affect the stability of the support.

The requirements for the use of high-pressure hoses are as follows:

(1) Before use, it is necessary to check whether the model and length meet the specified requirements, and conduct a sampling pressure test. Only after passing the test can it be used.

(2) Check if there are any exposed steel wires at the pipe joints and rubber hose connections, and if there is any delamination in the outer rubber layer. Industrial dryers should not be used if there are any of the above phenomena.

(3) The coating at the connection of the pipe joint end should not be damaged or peeled off. If it falls off, it should not be used to avoid leakage due to poor sealing.

(4) The newly installed hose should be cleaned on the inner wall of the pipe to prevent glue and debris from entering the hydraulic system.

The connection requirements for high-pressure hoses are as follows:

(1) When connecting, the hose should be prevented from twisting to prevent early damage caused by changes in the angle of the skeleton layer.

(2) After connection, a certain margin should be left in the length of the hose to avoid changes in hose length caused by tensile force, which can reduce the pressure bearing capacity.

(3) The fixing clamp of the hose should be placed on the straight line at the intersection of the curve and the straight line, and the clamp should not deform the hose clamp or clamp too loosely.

(4) When connecting moving parts, sufficient length should be left to avoid pulling the hose during movement.

(5) The bending radius of the connection should meet the requirements of relevant regulations.
